Our Story

On a warm day in London in 2012, 24 strangers gathered together to do the emotional work to find out what fulfils them from the inside out.

8 seats away from each other, two women sat, unaware that the connection they would build would change their lives and the world.

Rebecca found her core values that day. She was partnered with Silke, who shone brightly and listened deeply. Silke helped Rebecca clarify the values that Rebecca still lives and breathes every day. Connection. Curiosity. Authenticity.

Silke found her inner voice. The one that had whispered quietly all her life. The voice that had been drowned out by the loud, damaging and untrue stories she told herself since her teenage years. Rebecca helped her turn up the volume of that quiet voice, until it was strong and clear. A voice that now speaks daily to help Silke be her real, self aware and confident self.

Fast forward to 2016, Rebecca had moved to Hong Kong, had three children and Silke was now a mum of one beautiful whole hearted girl. Across the oceans they spoke of their lives, their loss of innocence at the unwelcome hands of boys and men. This connection sparked a commitment to ensure that this would NOT be the fate of their children. Together Silke and Beck researched, read, connected with experts in the field and implemented what they learned. Body safety, permission based touch, the importance of language, emotional intelligence and paying attention.

Now it’s time for us to share this knowledge with you.

Welcome, we are glad you are here.
